Art in Philadelphia: September

September in Philly is all about the Fringe Festival and Live Arts.  Theater productions, dance performances and film screenings take place throughout the city, with local acts and international artists debuting original works.  The month also marks the end of summer and the start of programming from universities and their affiliates.
